Dear Friend,

you may register any phone ... cellular or landline ... and recieve $5
worth of Free International / national Long Distance Calls at
iptalks.net

http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/040901/072085.html

when going to http://www.iptalks.net/ wait for the flash to be over or
hit skip.

It is like a dial around service ... dial the local access number ...
then dial your long distance number you are trying to call

if you are in Europe
http://iptalkseurope.com
