This morning I logged onto my account to discover that all of my files
are missing and apparently my computer thinks I'm a new user or
something because it keeps offering to give me a "tour of XP". I
checked other accounts and the others all have their files, it's only
mine that is having problems. When I attempt to log on, it takes about
2-3 minutes (it didn't before).

Our computer has a lot of spyware on it (we have Spybot but it doesn't
seem to help at all) and we've been using Mozilla Firefox instead of
IE. About a week ago, pop-ups with the word "Aurora" started popping
up. They're the same pop-ups we've had before but now Aurora is added
in the title. I don't know if this has anything to do with this
problem but I thought just in case I'd add it.

Thanks for the help
