palmOne Zire 31. Hotsync Manager 4.1.0
Nokia 6310. Nokia PC Suite 6.5.12
Outlook 2000 SP3 (9.0.0.6627)

I've recently started having problems syncing my Palm with Outlook so I
thought I'd share my (temporary) solution with others who may be
stumped. Here's the situation:

1. Sync Palm with Outlook. Sync is fine.
2. Sync Nokia phone with Outlook. Sync is fine.
3. Sync Palm again with Outlook. Not fine. Get the error detailed at
bottom of this posting

It seems as if the Nokia sync messes up the Palm sync some how. After
searching the groups, I've found that the following works:

* Close all Outlook windows
* Start -> Run -> Type "Outlook /resetfolders" and hit OK

Hope this helps,
Steve

Thanks for that, Jim. I tried installing the updated conduits and,
unfortunately, it didn't help. But I'll give the others a bash.

Cheers,
Steve
