Delete CJKOS

The default of CJKOS once you install is activate the localizer (so that most
menu items will appear as Chinese as you have observed)

if you want to keep CJKOS without the localizer, you can click the 2nd page
(tab) in CJKOS, at the bottom right, there's a bullet (which stands for
localizer), uncheck it.

if you want to delete CJKOS, you have to deactivate it first, it's in the 1st
tab inside CJKOS, & the first bullet.

then you can delete it the usual way. Note that CJKOS leaves 1 or 2 preference
"files" behind after the program is deleted.
