My mother is looking for a decent palm that she can use at work mainly
to take notes and for schedule, as well as sharing data with other
managers at her work. They all have various Palms (no PocketPC). No
cell phone or camera feature will be needed and money is an issue so a
fancy top of the line model would be out of question. Color display
is also an option.

TIA

Look at the low-end Zires (Zire 21, Zire 31)

If there are a lot of palm users at work, you can bet that at least one
person has recently updated and can be coerced to part with their old
one. This makes it cheap and guarantees that it will work with the
intended group for the intended purpose. Maybe she can even trade it
for a batch of cookies ;-)

The Zire 21 is currently Palm's most basic model, or you could try the
Zire 31, which has a color display, 16 MB RAM and an SD card slot.

It is alleged that Impmon claimed:

; managers at her work. They all have various Palms (no PocketPC). No

The Zire 21 or Zire 31 look like they'll meet your Mother's needs. You
