Hi! Any body can tell that is there any software in DOS or Windows enviroment, that can recover deleted Files. and if yes where can i find it and download it????????

Yes, just search Google using the keyword "undelete", and you'll see tons of related software. Most of them are not free though.

I found one on download.com the other day, search for "data recovery"

I d/l it at work, so I can't think of the name offhand
