Help - Sony Clie and gomadic cables

I purchased a gomadic cable to connect my Sony Clie NX70V Palm 5 device to
my LG VX6100 phone. I cannot get the PDA to estalish a data call with
the phone. I have made successful connections on my Windows laptop via
DUN using an vx6100 -> USB cable, so I know it can be done, but somewhere
between my PDA and the cable, something isn't working right.

Has anyone else had success? If so, what are/were your settings?
