What is the approximate street price for this cpu ? (not internet mailorder)

Also , how much of a price drop for this chip does everyone forsee when the new 1.3 hits the streets ?

The only problem with pricewatch is that it's mostly internet mail order .

Then again I asked street price , not mailorder .

Anyone have any ideas ?

Well for instance ......... you replied $175. but as you can see , after the $10.+ shipping charge it's $185. & this was the "lowest" price on the board .

Ok folks , I've got $185. anyone out there that can top that ?

Pay Tax or Pay shipping. Drive to the market or dial-in and wait. Kind-of evens out, ay ?

But... best networld price can be deceiving. Some charge before shipping, even if not in stock ! Always ask if it is in stock and when will it be shipped out. AND, can you give me a tracking number. Take no crap.. there are some excellent vendors out there.

I was just checking my notes. A 1000 Mhz T-bird sold for $523 on August 23, 2000.
