Hope you can help. I just arrived in Sweden from the States. I have an HP printer/scanner/copier and an older model Dell stand alone PC (Windows 98 - yeah I know... old). Anyhow, I don't know what I need to safely plug these babies in. I'm a little confused on the difference between transformers and adapters, and when you use them or not. Any input is appreciated.
