i need some opinion about this specs :

Good enough for what?

Is a hammer good enough? One can't really answer that. I wouldn't try to use a hammer to demolish a building. We have to know what you're going to use the machine for.

What are you actually going to use it for, though?

For basic web surfing, MS Word and movie watching those specs will be fine. If you want to play games, then not really. The X4500 is the weak point in that system if you want to play games.
