what is the highest qualit and loudest 5.1 or even 7.1 i can get for my system ? Price is no issue,but it has to be the better sounding out of 5.1 - 7.1
i want it to blare, tear down wallks, but in a way it doesnt sound terrible 
and what sound card (price no issue) would you suggest. the best .. i dont care if its for professional audio recording, i want the top, the best for recording and playing

Top notch sound cards from $150- $500. 1616m sounds ridiculous but ud really wana be into your audio to appreciate the difference between that and say the 1212.
