I have a Compaq laptop C751NR model and it has a Fujitu MHY2120BH drive, which I want to replace with the largest drive possible. The present drive is a modular unit and is ATA and has a from factor of 2.5", but is only 120 GB in capacity. HELP!

Try this: WD6400BEVT. You can also shop around various other vendors.
