I have a Syncmaster 460p which only has a DVI input. I have bought the correct VGA to DVI (digital only) adapter. The Xbox will not automatically display on my TV.

I can use the standard VGA to connect to a PC monitor but cannot set the Xbox to start using a HD output.

I am stuck, please help.
