Actually i am checking many PCI Express Graphics cards on DELL Gx280. Mostly cards are in working condition but some cards not shows display. When i insert graphics card CPU Fan speed increases gradually and too noisy.

Can anyone tell me what the problem Exactly!
I shall be very thank full to you.
