I have a XP pro SP3 machine. Everything was fine till i noticed that all of a sudden, today, my pc would hang at the saving settings screen during a restart. And eventually it just wouldnt restart

Ive tried all the possible methods to fix this. All the available help is for sp1 and sp2. Can some one help!

JSYK, ive tried the User Profile Hive Cleanup, boot.ini changes and some other hotfixes... but none work.
