I have Windows Vista and when I turn on my computer, I get a white screen asking for an Administrator password. I tried everything to resolve the problem and to get to the log on screen. Please help me.

Seem like a DELL Boot password. If you haven't set it, anyone else who has access to the BIOS setup and set a boot password?
