I moved into my apartment 7 months ago. I never paid to have cable hooked up. I plugged my old tv into the cable socket and got 12 channels, 3 being different. I bought a new tv 3 weeks ago hooked it up and plugged it into the cable socket. It did an automatic search for channels, and came up with 71 channels. I woke up this morning to find that I still had all 71 channels but with no sound and the picture was all blue. Ex. channel 30 said 30 ESPN. I then had the tv auto search the channels and it came back with zero channels found and now I only have 1 channel, channel #1 and it is in blue and no sound. How do I get the cable back?
