I have a Samsung home theatre system and I'm having trouble with the closed captioning when I play DVDs. When I play DVDs I can't get the closed captioning to turn off. I've tried turning it off under the info menu as suggested in the user guide. I don't get an option to turn the closed captioning off. I have also tried turning it off using the DVD menu with no success. It does not seem to matter what DVD I am using.
