Low-hassle UPS recommendations

I would like a line-interactive UPS, something like: CP1500AVRLCD

Unfortunately, according to Amazon reviews, this UPS cannot be silenced, and its display backlight and bright power light stay on while it is in operation. I could fix the latter problem with tape, I guess, but I would have to take apart the UPS to fix the former.

What I'm looking for is a UPS that is as low-hassle as possible -- no super bright lights, audio can be completely disabled -- and I would prefer it be line-interactive for the higher efficiency. I'm willing to forgo the no-bright-light requirement, but it absolutely has to be beep-free. I don't expect it to make no noise (except while on line voltage, of course) but the last thing I want is to be woken up at 3AM because the power is out.

Load: A couple hundred watts.
Runtime: 5 minutes would be more than enough. If I want more runtime I'll just get a generator.
