just purchased LS26TDNSUV/ZA..TV..instruction DVD is in spanish, tried calling the 800# after 4 tries and being trasnferred to a "monitor specialist" ..phone rings and message says"not a working # I became quite frustrated as you can imagine..all I want is a DVD in english ..FYI when I plugged in the TV it had subtitle in spanish.. I need the dvd so i can determine what all the bells and whistles apply to this TV
