We bought a Insignia 19" LCD TV in December of '07 and just recently is stopped working. I can turn the power on, the screen changes and says "please wait", but after that I have no control with the screen staying dark. I can turn it on and off. The remote does nothing and neither does the controls on the side of the TV. The manual says to unplug the TV, wait a few minutes and plug back in. Not sure what that would do, but it obviously didn't help. Anyone have any ideas?
