ButtKicker vibrates "Off Centre"?

Hello All
This is my second Buttkicker, first one overheated & burnt out...this while ti was set to low volume...anyway, not the problem here.
My current Buttkicker works fine listening to music & while in FPS games everything appears centred & fine. I use a 5 in 1 sound system with XFI & alls good there...I think.

OK, when I fly a single prop plane in IL2 Sturmovik aka 1946, the Buttkicker vibrates only when I TrackIR out to the left of cntre...so the Buttkicker only really kicks in somewhere between 9 & 11 o'clock being strongest at 10 while fading out before 9 & after 11? Its as though theres some sort of 'directional' affect from the games config files although I've looked with no luck?

Anyone got any clues with this strange one please???
