hi i just bought a VGA for my xobx 360 so i can plug it to my monitor which has no speakers. I'm looking for a adapter that can convert the extra red & white plug from the VGA to a port where i can plug me computer speakers/headset

You need a stereo RCA (red white) (male) to 3.5mm (male) cable, as well as a coupler that is 3.5mm (female) to 3.5mm (female). I found both at newegg.
