Some camera like the Fuji F31fd has a feature called copy. It allows you to move the photos from internal memory to memory card or memory card to internal memory with the camera.

You should check your manual if it has that option. otherwise you will need to use to plug it in to your computer.

First remove memory card from the camera then plug in you camera to computer then download the pictures to your computer. If you have media card reader then insert your memory card and copy the pictures to the memory, if not then you will need to insert the memory back to the camera then load the pictures back to camera from your computer.
