We have a SAM4S ER5200 electronic cash register the display says PAC but the A has the cross stick in the middle missing and the C is backwards. it says power fail on the receipt but it has power going to it and the till just wont work? Can anyone help me please

This has happened right in the middle of rush hour at our pub and its our only till and a saturday night so in not going to get any help from an engineer this time of the evening
