Laptop - Help please

1_What is your budget?

$500-750, cheaper if specifics are met. (can go higher if it's worth it)


2_What is the size of the notebook that you are considering?

12-13.3 inches. Ultra portable


3_What screen resolution do you want?

Doesn't matter


4_Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop?

Portable


5_How much battery life do you need?

Need excellent battery life. Over 4 hours at least but more the better. I can replace the battery as well


6_Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)?

Mild (old) games to none. Hulu's pretty important though.


7_What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo / Video editing, surfing the web, playing music, watching movies, Etc.)

college, Microsoft Office, email, wireless internet, Hulu, pictures, music, an SD Card slot. Not too much intensive applications.


8_How much storage (H.D.D Capacity) do you need?

I think 160 GB (which is the usual minimum) is fine

A few years through college at least

It'll be great if theres a firewire slot, but it's not necessary. The portability aspect is most important so good wireless connectivity will be great.

No prejudice. HP looks sweet but there may be better deals.
