I currently have a desktop (celeron processor, DVD RW, good for home use) that I built myself from a barebone. Lately though, I've been thinking that I need a laptop. The things I'm looking for in my laptop, in the order of importance:

Blu-ray burner
Full sized keyboard
4GB RAM
Windows Vista 64 Home Premium or Ultimate Edition
Built-in webcam
250GB hard drive

hard drive size isn't very important, but I'd like to have atleast that much if I can manage it. I'm thinking a 17" laptop will be necessary for the full sized keyboard, 1920×1080 would be preferable. I'm mainly looking for something that I can carry around with me, to work, school, vacation for example. Battery life would need to be atleast 4 hours, but the more the better, I don't want to have to stay plugged into the wall. I'm leaning energy efficiency and battery life rather than speed and power. The only games I would play on it, if any, would be Final Fantasy XI or Diablo II. They don't have to look nice, but if this laptop can do Blu-ray, they probably will. Main tasks this laptop would be used for is watching movies, listening to music, burning CD/DVD/BD disks for movie/music backup, and some web surfing. I'm not worried too much about where I buy from, but I'd like it to be somewhat reliable atleast. I can't afford to replace my computer every other year, so I'd like this one to last atleast 6 years, preferable longer. I'd like to have a wireless N network card, but I'm not sure if they're done finalizing the standard yet. Last thing, I'm from east coast USA.

I'm mainly trying to get an idea of if blu-ray burners are a viable option in laptops yet and how much I need to expect to spend on a system like this. I'm estimating I'll need somewhere between $1,500 to $2,000. I'd like to try building a laptop since I've never tried, but the most important thing is getting a good laptop.
