cod4, half life 2 etc on medium. future games like dead space mirror's edge, prince of persia also on medium

7_What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo / Video editing http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Video_editing , surfing the web, playing music, watching movies, Etc.)
movies, music, surfing, word processing

no idea about sites as i'm from india

no idea about brands too but i generally don't care

13_What country do you live in?
currently india but coming to the us in one month

i'm actually going to start grad school in jan but i'm coming over next month to visit some relatives and also to tour the country. is it better if i get a laptop now or should i get it later since classes start only in jan and i can wait till then. it should at least play the games coming out in the future at a lower resolution.
