Pointing out poor grammar can be excused. Being rude while doing it can't.

This is a technical assistance forum. The purpose of writing here is to receive
technical assistance with computer problems (Windows XP in this case).

Everybody writing here for assistance won't speak your level of English. That's
lamentable, yes, and you should be proud that you are properly educated, and can
use proper grammar and punctuation in expressing yourself.

That doesn't mean that you need to harass people here, who don't follow your
excellent standards of communication, when they write about technical problems.
Bobby, unlike you, does post frequently with technical assistance.

Strictly speaking, this whole thread (with the exception of the first post by
the OP) is off-topic. If this were a properly moderated forum (do they exist
anymore?), this whole thread would have been deleted long ago.

Please do maintain some standards of written English. Try to find somewhere
like alt.english-speaking.anal-retentive.babies.

Grow up.

Sorry, you've got the wrong country. Check the headers before you make
assumptions.

So are you claiming that Canada is not the 51st US state?

Sorry. Couldn't resist!

Economically maybe, politically not in any way shape or form. We have way
more politically correct yuppies per capita. We're much politer. We spell
words like colour properly, although unlike the British we do call car parts
by their proper names.. We don't get to vote for who leads the country. We
elect a whole party to do that and let them pick the leader. We don't need a
passport (yet) to enter the US while Americans do. The list goes on and on.

Oh yeah, we have funnier comedians. Unfortunately most of them move to the
US to make a living.

:-)

No chance. I've been avoiding Las Vegas since she moved there. I think that
may be why Comdex was cancelled.

I don't think you have the ability to see what you don't want to see.

Do yourself a favor, and perform a post-birth abortion on yourself.

If you don't like my posts, then don't read them. The choice is yours,
and no one is forcing you to read my posts.
