I haven't really kept up on the immediate features but if they have advantages over regular DVD's I may eventually pick one up. For me to buy one they'll have to cost less than $200, and have the same or better features as DVD... until then my DVD players/burners will do fine!

I think that a day it will be the only cd player on the market. A little as we passed from the cassette player to the dvd player.

Man this is an old forum.....

Well, I bought a PS3 which is a blu-ray player.

I also bought a BD-ROM Drive for my PC.

No need for any others.....

Yeah, whats up with that...don't polls end on their own at some point? If not they should since this question is not quite as relevant now as it was when initially posted.
