okay which is better and will get me more fps on games like crysis and cod4.... let me know something please!

Yeah, the Sager will do it. More powerful processor, along with a more powerful GPU (it's single GPU > 2 lesser GPUs).

While you're at it, I would suggest getting a pair of these:
