My computer quit. Bought a new one. Downloaded palm software. But now I can't sync my palm pilot with my computer. The software I downloaded appears to be a newer version. Can anyone help me??? Thanks!!
You can download the older one if necessary.
but try making it add a user. I may not recognize that it is supposed to sync with a new comp. You may have to force the computer to accept it. (set it up to override in your hotsync prefs)
Palms are alot like Ipods, they only like to sync with one computer.
If it doesn't work with the new version, download an older one, force it to sync then "update" the older version. It should work
