Hey all, I've been pulling hairs this past hour to figure out which of the following laptops/notebooks I could get for my budget. I'm hoping the TH community could aid me in this decision as I trust all you guys.

I get to choose one of the following from my school store, unfortunately these are the only**** ones I can get. Please don't recommend something thats not here, as I will really appreciate it.

Here it goes:

HP Compaq Presario V2310CA
14.1" Brightview
AMD Turion 64 Processor ML-28 @ 1.6
512 MB DDR RAM
80G Hard Drive
5 in 1 Media Card Reader
802.11 g Wireless Card
Radeon x200 graphics

Acer Aspire 3050
15,4" Acer Crystal Brite LCD
AMD Sempron 3400+ @1.8
512 MB DDR RAM
60GB Hard Drive
ATI Radeon Express 1100 Mobile

Asus A6Q00V Notebook
Intel Pentium M Processor 750 @1.8
15,4" Acer Crystal Brite LCD
100GB Hard Drive
1GB DDR RAM
15.4 WXGA Colour Shine LCD
Wireless 802.11 b /g
Not sure what graphics???? <--- can't seem to find it anywhere online x.x

Acer Aspire 5003 WLMi
AMD Turion 64 ML32 @1.8
15,4" Acer Crystal Brite LCD
1 GB DDR RAM
80GB Hard Drive
SiSM760GX

Lenovo 3000 N100
Intel Celeron M 420
15.4" WXGA
512 DDR2 RAM
80gb Hard Drive
GMA 950

They ALL have the basic necessities I need for school and minor gaming but what is the BEST one out of all of them? I would like to play some games now and then inbetween classes and I would also like a good battery life. The ASUS notebook costs a bit more at the school SO it's definately a maybe. But what are the TOP 2 that I could get? All these laptops have the new glossy screens except the Lenovo... is what I noticed right away. I'm looking for pure performance/battery and don't mind at all at hard drive space.

Hope to get some feedback asap please.

Those would get my vote. Both have the largest amount of pre-installed RAM which means you may not have to upgrade. Both have decent CPU's that will be ok for basic uses and not rob you of battery life. They have decent HDD space.

------------------------------ LAPTOP: Sager NP5760|T7200|2gb DDR2-667| 100gb 7200rpm HDD| 512mb 7950GTX|17'' WUXGA

Desktop: Core2 E7200 | Corsair 2gb DDR2-800 | Gigabyte EP35-DS3L | 250gb Seagate Barracuda | MSI GTX260 (192 SP) | Corsair VX550 | Antec 300 case

Hey, I did some more reading and despite me wanting a descent graphics card in the laptop, some of these laptops have 4200rpm HD's which really bog things down. If that's the case, then my selection has narrowed down to:

Asus A6Q00V, Acer Aspire 3050, Lenovo 3000 N100

Any input?

Anymore advice on the matter would greatly be appreciated.

The two that I recommended are in your final list so that still stands. I guess the Asus would get the final vote due to the larger HDD.
