upto $1300, looking for something good for 'Adobe Prem Pro' and general use of course

without a doubt the core 2 duo will blow the turion out of the water in rendering time, especially if you plan on using a lot of effects in premiere or after effects.

i would imagine battery life is also a big point with mobile editing

definitely ^^^ , that MSI is alot better
