My wife was updating her Iphone and during the syncing she lost all her contacts and all her apps and it was replaced buy the new 3.0 firmware, everything else is gone!!! it dose Say, do you what to Restore so i did that but nothing was Restored, unless Apple has other Definition OF RESTORE! i know in Itunes under EDIT GOTO Preference then you go to "Devices" there supposedly you have your backup. it show the time extra, put it not a file the one's displayed anyways! i try ed to find where actual file was but i have not found it Yet! just see what in the files. i did do experiment with her iphone i just added one contact in the phone told it save address book [ XP HOME] and it did! i wondering if any one know how to get into these file on Itunes or how to actually restore!! please in plain talk THANKS PAUL
