I've had my Pre for about a month. I think it's great. However, the first one I had didn't work and then Sprint guys hooked me up quick with a new one. I had one frustrating prob. The "Phone" part wasn't working all that well - it would black out the phone and I'd have to restart it. Right when I was going to go to Sprint, it started working well. I love the functionality of it and I'd suggest the app "Where".
