Palm Pre User: I Smash iPhone!

So a new Palm Pre owner decides to cut himself off from the Jobsian ecology. And he uses a steel hammer!

Step 1: Put Pre and iPhone side-by-side

Step 2: Get a hammer and iPhone Smash!

Step 2a: Take another picture of the smased iPhone beside the Pre

Ok, I get this guy, but couldn't he have sold the phone instead of smashing it? :lol:

Yeah, but then again I work for the phone company, so alot of them stir my interest, AND more importantly I don't have to wait for them or pay to play with them. :sol:

I can't tell you what I've played with recently (I like my job and wanna keep it so I can still play with new toys), but on my hip in public in the last 2 weeks I have had the Palm Treo Pro, Samsung Omnia, HTC TouchPro & Diamond, Blackberry 9530 / Storm , Blackberry 8350i and Motorola i877 along with my personal Kyocera 7135 which still makes people in similar positions smile and say "cool, rocking it old school !".

I've been playing with newer toys though at home & work outside of prying eyes. :sol:

The limit would be what I wrote here, it's not like big companies can't figure out who we are especially when I'm one of two people in Western Canada for my company, and they definitely surf the forums for leaks (although usually I know the rumours for Asian companies before some of them).

i've had a while to play with my gf's pre and while a nice device....it still has a ways to go. you can't forward texts or mms, you can't edit photos, not too many customization options, it has no sdcard expansion (yeah it has 8gigs but sometimes you want removable media). It's a nice device but it has some major shortcomings imho.
