We recently sent back a blackberry to rogers yet rogers said that we never recieved it and that we must have not sent it, even tho we gave them the tracking number ups gave us when we mailed it out. I already told my parents just get off of rogers because they should relise it must have got lost in the shiping system, we gave them the tracking number and in order to get that tracking number we had to have mailed the blackberry out. We are switching to bell internet in a few days and also bell phone we are just keeping cable other then that we have switched. what do you think happened? i think either they recived it and just lost it there or its lost in the mail
