I know I am a bit out of date but I have been using an Ipaq for years and my kids broke the screen on my h2215. I was playing around on ebay and got a steal of a deal on an h5455 the problem is when I got it was dropped of by UPS I set it up and plugged it in to charge because it appeared to have a dead battery.
When I connected the charge cable the unit vibrated and the LCD flashed but nothing else happened. I did some looking on line and found this is a common issue when the main and reserve batteries both die. I have followed the other sugestions on resetting it and can;t get it to do anything other then when I push the reset button the unit vibrates but no lights or anything else... Any ideas or suggestions??





After fighting with it it finally unlocked and came to life.
