Some time ago,throuh Cingular I bought a service called the north American plan which said all calls included in & out canada were on your plan.Then AT&T bought them to much $$$ if I were upgrade they would do take away that plan. So I bought a unlocked phone and used my sim card. Then I bought extra sim card just incase. I tried to Att's website program it and i guess that why I here - it did not work.
