Hi, I wanted to put a code on my phone, then I pressed the pin code tab, and it told me to enter pin code. I entered it once but it was wrong. Now it tells me me to enter puk code. I call fido and tell them. I do exacly what the said and it still says code error. Now it says sim rejected. Do you think fido will give me a new one for free?
