Many computer-providers are selling their computer with a recovery partition. So you can easily reinstall you computer just by pressing one button during the startup of the computer. For example, my DELL XPS M1730 uses it, I can just press F8 during loadup and 15 min later I have a freshly installed computer. How can I make this myself?

It isn't quite as convenient as that, but you could always use Acronis or Norton Ghost to create an image of your system after installation.
