Most tech savy phone to date?

What phone from VZW stands out in terms of hardware: processor, mic, screen, camera. And something that has pretty solid software. I have a RAZR and its fine except the software becomes faulty after I've had it for a couple months. Yea after awhile when you fill up the memory its gonna run slow but those aren't the type of issues it occasionally has. Sometimes buttons dont respond or in one case when trying to delete a certain txt message i hit the erase button in the top right corner but it took me back to the main menu.. So yea what phone for verizon isn't a piece of sh!t? And if anyone knos anything about the processors in phones feel free to post some interesting information
