I just got a Toshiba Satellite P205-S6287 from a friend. Is there any way I can upgrade the video card or is it impossible? The graphics card is an Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950 (integrated)

Also, does anyone know of a good place to buy AC adapters?

There likely isn't a way to upgrade your graphics card. As in extremely not likely that your graphics card can be upgraded.

As for AC adapters...i've never found a better source than the manufacturer. The rest melt down, stop working...etc.

Take a look at the XG station, from Asus. It might work for you...

Or the ViDock solution, Cleeve checked it out before they finally got around to releasing the ASUS;

Really IMO, it makes more sense to spend the money on a better laptop with better CPU and GPU, since those external things cost so much money and are so crippled, it's not worth it.

Now the ATi XGP/Lasso solution would be worthwhile, and it would make sense longer term, however, it's currently not widely adopted and so being forced into limited choices for your base laptop is no good either.

don't listen to the idiot above me... at having 775 posts I thought he'd know better...

You can try upgrading RAM which will give you a little more edge, but apart from that then onboard graphics can't be upgraded or removed (in nearly all cases)

Sorry pal :(

Since you have an integrated card, I don't think you have any chance to upgrade the graphic since it won't have any slot to install it in.
If you would have a mobile pci-e than you could install a graphic card, but the question would be whether you would be able to fit it in the system and whether you would be able to cool down, so the book won't burn your knees when you would put it on them.

Also the mobile nVidia cards are not a big deal, since they have whole bunch of bugs end do everything but run OK.
