I know that intel processors can beat any AMD processor. Out of all the intel mobile cpus, which one is best? Please exclude the extreme processors since they are extremely expensive. Is it the T9500? Or is there something better?

T9500 is the best of the non-extreme, but the T9300 tends to be the best value at only 100Mhz slower but usually a noticeable chunk of change cheaper.

The best Mobile CPU is X9000 but the best price performance CPU is T9300 as TheGreatGrapeApe said

well the T9500 is the best but its a complete waste of money because T9300 is only 100Mhz slower tnad its alot cheaper
