hi guys, i have an HP rx3715 that i have not used for a few months, i have tyied to fire it up and its dead, when i plug it in to charge i dont get the charge lights or any thing, i left it on the cradle over night and thried to perform a hard reset to see if that would fire it up but no joy.


any ideas ?

Check their knowledge base and find out if it runs through the battery. If so then try a new battery, since if it runs off the battery and not the mains then if the battery dies then regardless of being plugged in, it won't work.

I know a few PDAs that I and friends have had that can't work unless the battery works, then others will run straight of external power without going through the battery first.
