my phone went dead and when i turn it on all it says is motorola and it doesnt do anything and else so took out the battery and turned it back on and it said low battery but i cant charge it because it is dead
you should try giving it some electricity with what is known as a charger. If the charger won't function than there is a problem with your phone. If you are not experienced with repairing electronics than you should take it to be repaired by a professional
