Just bouight an hp pavilion dv9260nr, it has an hdmi port on it. The video transfers great to my sony xbr 2 60" screen, but no sound. I have called HP, but they are not willing to help out, couldnt even answer whether or not sound could be transmitted through the port. At this point I'm not so sure sound can be routed through this cable. If there is a way, anyone that could help out, would be greatly appreciated.
