I want to buy used Laptop. Plz compare which one is better.All are almost same price.

1. Dell D600 Centrino 1.3GHz/256mb/30GB/ATi 9000 32mb AGP 4X/Combo CDRW/DVD/14" screen

2.Packard Bell Pentium 4 3.06GHz/512mb/40GB/sisM661Fx 64 AGP 8X shared video/DVD-RW Burner/15" Screen

3.Dell C640 Pentium 2.2/512mb/40GB/ATi 7500 32mb AGP 4X/CDRW/15" screen

I'm basical a web developer and sometime is want to play game. plz rate by
1.performance
2.Graphic performace
3.features
battery time is not important for me

Actually I am living in Pakistan. So I have converted it to US dollor price.

1. Dell D 600 Rs 38500/- (USD $ 642 )
2. Packard Bell Rs 38000/- (USD $ 633 )
3. Dell C 640 Rs 42000/- (USD $ 700 )

Well it's tricky isn't it?

Dell D600 :-
Plus points :-Best video card, Centrino gives you wireless, Pentium M runs cool and quiet.
Minus points:- Least memory (but could be upgraded), smallest hard drive, smallest screen.

Packard Bell :-
Plus points:- Fastest CPU (probably), DVD writer, 15" screen
Minus points:- Poor video card (for games), CPU runs hot, could be noisy or hot!

Dell C640 :-
Minus points:- Slowest CPU (probably), most expensive. Also all my Google hits for this laptop refer to it as being a Pentium 4 1.8Ghz not a 2.2Ghz.


If the smaller screen does not matter my advice would be to get the Dell D600 and upgrade the memory as much as possible.

Keep looking.
