I currently own a the above video/capture card. I understand that the VisionTek Xtasy Everything card is (if not the same) very similar.

In the review on this website regarding the Visiontek card, the spec of the PC being used, had an AMD Athlon XP 1800+. Did this processor have enough power to capture at DVD quality or were there dropped frames?.

I need to know as I am considering an upgrade and don't want to be cut short if I go for a CPU without enough power to it.
